At 46 years and 8 months, 246.6lbs and 70% body fat. I have decided to lose 90 lbs. to get to my goal weight of 155 lbs. I purchased a digital food scale and an awesome weight scale. I am on a 40-day strict diet regiment. Each day I will be posting my food, weight, mood, and anything that may affect my goal. I am excited and ready for the day-to-day changes and feelings that will come with choosing to be healthy.

Day 4 - 2.6 lbs. Good Day

I think I'm finally getting the jist of this eating plan & what works best for me.

Brocc, Caul, Rad. Onion Dip

2 -slices of fruit bread
